This winter, we’re preparing ourselves for the toughest winter yet, with demand for emergency food aid on the up. You can help us by taking part in our ‘Reverse Advent Calendar’ campaign from 6 November – 5 December this year.
The Reverse Advent Calendar encourages you to donate, rather than receive a treat each day, and your donations will make up a food parcel for a Manchester family ahead of Christmas.
Whether you collect in your home or in your workplace, all donations are hugely appreciated, although please note that we can’t accept donations containing alcohol.
You can click below to download our Reverse Advent Calendar posters which you can stick up in your workplace, school or church.
Each day, we’ll be posting on social media about our Reverse Advent Calendar, so make sure you’re following us on Facebook, Twitter/X and Instagram – we’d also love to see any pictures of what you’ve collected, or how you’re getting involved!
If you can’t organise a collection yourself, then please consider donating online through Give Today, who will purchase food with your donations and donate it straight to us.
Alternatively, you can support us financially through Just Giving, or by bank transfer if you email [email protected].
When you’re ready to donate your Reverse Advent Calendar haul, please email [email protected] to arrange your drop-off. If you’re donating a large amount of over five bags for life, we may be able to collect these for you, on a Wednesday or Thursday.
