Manchester Central Foodbank are pleased to be recruiting for a key role in our Operations team, supporting the running of our three foodbank sessions a week. The role is for a Foodbank Session Worker (12 hours p/w).
The position will support the work of a busy Trussell-affiliated foodbank, based across Central, East and North Manchester. The Session Worker will help run the sessions under the supervision of our Session Coordinator, and will also work alongside a team of volunteers and staff to distribute food parcels to foodbank users with referrals.
The role will be session based, with some office time for other work-related activities including meetings.
The role will start as soon as possible, on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2026.
