Foodbank Sessions We are open 10am-12noon every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (strictly on a referral basis). However, during the Christmas period we are closed on the following dates: Tuesday 25th of December, Wednesday 26th of December, Tuesday the 1st of January. We will be open as usual from January the 2nd 2019.

Please note that we will be closed on Tuesday 27th December due to the Christmas bank holiday. All other foodbank sessions will continue to run as normal. Please note that as of 01 December 2016 our foodbank sessions will no longer operate out of Command Prayer Centre Ministries International (Plymouth Grove, Longsight) on Mondays and Thursdays. Manchester Central Foodbank Holds Successful Welcome Week Food Drive at Sainsbury’s

This past week Manchester Central Foodbank held a very successful food drive at Sainsbury’s Oxford Road during Welcome Week at the local universities. During the 3 day food collection, people generously donated 100.4kg of food and £155.50, a fantastic amount! That’s enough to provide around 240 meals to individuals in crisis relying on our service.
